Attorney at the Paris Bar, Florence Richard is the Founding Partner of the Corporate Law firm KERSUS, which advises companies and organisations on their individual and collective labour relations, labour law (advice and litigation), social strategies, in their Corporate Social Responsibility actions (strategy and reporting) and Public Affairs (regulatory surveillance and influence strategy).
Graduate from the Political Studies Institute of Paris (economics and finance), and with a degree in Spanish, Florence Richard followed a double post graduate diploma (DESS) (Bank and finance and International Company lawyer) and holds the CAPA (the legal profession aptitude certificate).
She began her career in 1995 with the President of the Finance Commission of the National Assembly and then as task-force director in the Employment Ministry Cabinet. In 1997 she practised law in an important corporate firm specialising in labour law. She returned to the world of ministerial cabinets in 2002 to work for the Prime Minister as advisor in matters of employment policy, diversity and labour law before becoming, in 2005, advisor to the Minister of professional equality, in charge of international relations and CSR strategies in public policies and for companies.
Since 2006, in addition to her attorney work , Florence Richard is the expert in Corporate Social Responsibility for the French Delegation of The Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) in Brussels. Author of numerous articles, she brings to bear her legal expertise for different Ministries and Institutions; she is also an auditor for the Institute of National Defence Superior Studies (IHEDN, national session) and an Air Force colonel (civil reserve). She is an assessor for the French standardization association, AFNOR, concerning the professional equality label and member of the AAA+ Association (Association for the promotion of women Attorneys as Administrators).
