The founder of KERSUS has over fifteen years of experience in labour law, CSR and public affairs, acquired in reputed law firms specializing in employment law, government structures (Advisor to the Prime Minister, Minister of Employment and Minister of Professional Equality) and legislative bodies (Parliament).
She has been active at the very core of public policies: reforms concerning vocational training, collective bargaining, employment legislation and laws on gender equality, … and she has contributed to the National Strategy for Sustainable Development (social / societal aspects) and Labels and Charters to promote CSR .
She is the CSR expert at the French Delegation of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) and regularly works with the Department of Sustainability and professional organizations. She is also the evaluator for the AFNOR label of professional equality.
This rich background allows her to deploy real and reputed expertise for clients, with the ability to manage projects involving risk prevention, particularly linked to social, governance, ethics and compliance.
